If your product is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we offer a structured return process to resolve your concerns promptly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and detailed photos of the product in its original packaging.

  Assessment and Approval

  Our timber specialists will review your claim to determine if the issue is eligible for a return, exchange, or replacement parts under our manufacturer warranty.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup for the flat-packed timber panels; please ensure the items are securely palletized as they were upon arrival.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned studio or shed is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
